  1. Select your lilies: Choose fresh lilies that are in bud stage, so they have not fully opened yet.

  2. Trim the stems: Using sharp scissors or a knife, trim the stems of the lilies diagonally at an angle of 45 degrees. The diagonal cut will allow the lilies to absorb more water.

  3. Remove the leaves: Strip any foliage that will be below the water line in the vase. This will prevent the leaves from rotting and contaminating the water.

  4. Arrange the lilies: Arrange the lilies in your preferred pattern, and make sure that they are spaced out evenly.

  5. Tie the stems: Using a floral wire or twine, tie the stems together about an inch below the base of the flowers.

  6. Trim the stems again: Once the stems are tied, trim them evenly to the same length.

  7. Add water to the vase: Fill a vase with fresh water and add any flower preservative if available.

  8. Place the bouquet in the vase: Place the lily bouquet in the vase and make sure that the stems are well submerged in the water.

  9. Display the bouquet: Finally, display your lily bouquet in a cool, bright spot away from direct sunlight, drafts, and heat sources.

With these simple steps, you can create a beautiful and long-lasting lily bouquet
